I am not sure if I have registered.

  • If you are not sure, check your e-mail, an automated e-mail will arrive (check junk & spam folder as well)
  • You register with your e-mail account only once. If the form doesn't accept your e-mail it means it's already there so don't put another one but contact us Contact us

Who can register?

  • The trip is open to everyone, however it is designed for Erasmus students in Greece. Greek students, Erasmus students from other countries, your friends and ESNers from all over europe are also welcome.
  • Keep in mind that International/Erasmus students might have early access to the registrations and payments before the Greek students.
  • If you are not an ESNcard holder there is an extra cost in the participation fee.

Can my friend register too even though he/she doesn't study in Greece

Yes, you and your friend are welcome at ESN Spring Trip. You just have to confirm your spots by paying online!

Can I register even though I am not an Erasmus Student?

Although ESN Spring Trip is designed for Erasmus students, Yes, You just have to confirm your spots by paying the participation fee.

How can I pay the participation fee?

Through your account, you will find a payment button at the end of the registrations. People already registered will receive an email notifying them about the payment openings.

What is my password?

  • You can use your e-mail & password in order to log into your account
  • By logging in you can check your Registration Status (Registered, Paid, Etc.) and add your ESNcard
  • Later on it will be used for the Rooming Process

What is my ESN Section?

  • In the ESN Section field, you choose the ESN of your hosting university. ie. If you are studying at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, you have to select ESN AUTH.
  • If you are not sure whether your hosting university has an ESN section, check the list below.
  • If you are a friend of an Erasmus student, please select the same ESN section as your friend.
  • If your hosting university doesn't have an ESN Section, please choose the “No ESN section” option and tell us more about your hosting city and university in the comments.
  • If you are an ex-Erasmus student from a previous semester in Greece, please choose your ESN section accordingly.

Transportation FROM Volos

  • Our starting point is the city of Thessaloniki. We will travel by bus to Volos. On the second day we will visit Pelion
  • On the way back, we will spend half a day at Tyrnavos, and then return to Thessaloniki.

I don’t have an ESNcard, can I join ESN Spring Trip?

Yes, you can join ESN Spring Trip without being an ESNcard holder. You just have to pay a small extra fee.

What is the ESNcard no.?

The ESNcard no. is your personal ESNcard’s unique number. You can find it above the barcode, at the bottom of the ESNcard’s front side. Please note that in order to use your ESNcard, you need to register at www.esncard.org and Activate it. An automated system checks whether your ESNcard is activated or not.

What is the cancellation policy?

TODO There are no money refunds provided if you wish to cancel your seat,
there can be a name change (exchanging your seat with someone else who wishes to participate after the registrations & payments deadline).
The name change period will take place from 28/02/2022 till 02/03/2022.

What happens if the event is cancelled due to covid?

If the event get's canceled due to covid partial refunds will be issued. (90% of the participation fee will be returned.)
If that's the case we will contact you as soon as possible with more details.

What about the covid restrictions?

We will try to have as much fun as possible while following the rules and regulations set by the goverment.

I do not have a local section, what should I do?

You can select “No ESN Section” during the registration process. Don’t worry, you will get all the information and you will also have a Group Leader throughout the event.

The trip is sold out - what should I do?

If the trip is sold out you can register on the waiting list. If there are free places later on you will be contacted from the waiting list.

I want to sell my spot to someone else – how can I do it?

You can do a “Name Change" and sell your spot to someone else. “Name Change” means that your place can be bought by another person, and he/she will take your place on the trip. Name Changes can be done for free until 2nd of March 23:59:59 (EEST) 2022. Name changes can be made via e-mail to this address: [email protected]. To confirm the name change and to avoid any mistakes, both seller and the buyer have to send an email with following information, included the attached signed document: (Spot Change Agreement )

Subject of email: Name change

Seller’s full name, date of birth, email address

Buyer’s full name, date of birth, email address

Please note that the Buyer should have already done the registration process at until the 02nd of March.

I am not studying in Thessaloniki, how can I reach the city?

Please Contact your local section to find out, or you may use Google Maps. :)

When and where is the boarding?

The departure from Thessaloniki is going to be at 07:30 am. As we are a huge group, we recommend that you board on time and follow the instructions from Group Leaders.

How will the people check-in at the hotel?

The organizers will arrange your check-in at the hotel, so don’t worry, just hold your ID/Passport and your ESNcard once you arrive there.

Can I be denied entry from the trip?

Make sure the information you provide while signing up is correct. If you use fraudulent information you may be denied access to the event.

How will the people on the bus know that I actually booked the trip?

Organizers have access to the lists of names and they will make sure that everything goes smoothly. All the participants will be given festival-type bracelets that will be checked when boarding the busses at the departure point and during the event.
